Construction Hoists
Smith Cranes have a number of construction hoists available throughout NZ with heights up to 250m, single or double cabin and capacity up to 2000kgs.
With a range of mast tie configurations we also design and fabricate mast tie connects to suit your structure or if your structure cannot withstand the hoist loads we can offer self-supporting towers enabling a “non-contact” assembly of the construction hoist.
We can offer packaged solutions from the design and concept stage through to commissioning, certification and full operation. This is achieved by utilising our in-house design and drafting team, fabrication and paint shop and the professional rigging and erection crews to enable customer reassurance and safety.
Hoists are available with or without operator (dry hire). When dry hire is preferred, then training is provided by our certified personnel.
