Smith Crane and Construction (Piling Division) are using our biggest Piling rig, the Casagrande C60 Drilling Rig, weighing in at 120T, to install 75 x 24m deep screw piles.
These are some of the largest diameter screw piles to be installed in New Zealand, using upwards of 500 kN/m of Torque to get to the required depth.
