The Architect for Printout Graphics' new building wanted the entrance facade in a style representative of early Christchurch architecture, while still being a structural element. As such, the facade consisted of three separate precast sections - wall panels, columns and arch units - that were then structurally connected on site to form the appearance of monolithic construction.
